All orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Processing time
Chalk White and Ink Black usually ship within 2–4 business days. Other finishes may take longer while we restock. If your finish isn't in stock, we'll email you an expected ship date within one business day of your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your destination. Orders shipped within Canada over $199 CAD ship free.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- British Columbia: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–8 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes and brokerage fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the recipient's responsibility.
Damaged in transit
Please check your boxes when they arrive. If any panel is damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the panel and the box and we'll send a replacement.
