30-day returns
You can return unopened, unused boxes within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions.
What can't be returned
- Panels that have been installed, cut, painted or had adhesive applied
- Opened boxes, unless the panels arrived damaged or defective
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace the panels or refund you, at no cost to you.
