How many boxes do I need?
Measure the wall's width and height in feet and multiply them to get square feet. A box of twelve 19.7 in panels covers 32 sq ft (3 m²). A box of twelve 11.8 in panels covers 11.6 sq ft (1.08 m²). Divide your wall area by the box coverage and add 10% for cuts. Example: an 8 × 10 ft wall is 80 sq ft, so 80 ÷ 32 = 2.5, plus 10% is 2.75. Order 3 boxes of 19.7 in panels.
What are the panels made of?
PVC: 1.0 mm thick for every finish except the Mirror-Look range, which is 0.8 mm. The panels are lightweight, so they don't need screws or a backing board.
Can I paint them?
Chalk White and Ink Black can be painted. Clean the panels, apply a bonding primer made for plastic, then use any interior latex or acrylic paint. Solid color, woodgrain, marble, metallic and mirror finishes are not designed to be painted.
How do I install them?
Use a panel adhesive (construction adhesive suitable for PVC) or heavy-duty double-sided mounting tape on a clean, dry, flat wall. Start at the bottom center and work outward. See our installation guide.
Can I use them in a bathroom or kitchen?
The PVC surface resists moisture and wipes clean, so the panels suit bathrooms and kitchen walls. Keep them away from direct shower spray, and at least 12 in from cooktops and other heat sources.
